A simple infinty scarf turned kerchief cover

I took an infinity scarf and folded it to use like a kerchief cover. I used a white under cover, bobby pins and a scarf pin to stabilize it. It stayed in place great and was very comfortable.

Walking for depression

Elaina and I took a nice walk to my aunt's house today. My depression has been really heavy since Friday even more than usual.  I drug myself out to do something. I have also been upset that I need to loose about 40 pounds. Exercise it is. Elaina was my sidekick. She has been a little out of sorts too lately with trouble sleeping and spontaneous crying or outbursts. Maybe the sun did us both some good. And to help out we dropped off some disinfect wipes :) .

We even found daisies and baby trees of all kinds on the way home.

The I AM Bible

In truth one only needs one Bible. The Word of God is the same no matter what its package is. But the I AM Bible is unique. Commonly we see the words of Christ in red but this Bible helps guide your reading by putting the words of God in bold writing. This can really help a reader focus. Add in a Bible dictionary and here we go....

Today...

Tonight's oils...

My diffusing of choice tonight... Transformation blend and Cedarwood. With school being out in my class I brought my owl diffuser home. It's a wonderful diffuser with various lights, sounds and a lullaby.

Transformation is a blend with a lot of my favorite oils, cardamom, palo santo, sandlewood, frankincense,  and more... I am not a fan of peppermint but it is included.
