4th Birthday for my baby!!!

Elias Dafydd you were born into my own arms 4 years ago today. 7 pounds 4 ounces exactly like your sister Etta. You little turkey. You make me laugh every single day. The simplest things make you happy. Yesterday you learned how to turn the volume up on the TV. Yeah....

You absolutely loved the ball your Granny got you for your birthday.

Mud play

Rain doesn't stop them at all. Elaina was so proud she taught Eli how to play in the mud. Their bath water turned brown. Ignore my cluter. My housekeeping is always a work in progress....

Busy day...

I am really a home body. Today I went to the pool. I was in a part of town that had a lot of memories. I almost had a panic attack.  All I can think of is past faliures and perceived faliures. My work out was ok. Then after a nap I took 4 kids to the new park again..  Hopefully I can sleep well tonight.

Eating a raw potato 🥔

Yes, I know eating raw potatoes is not the healthiest choice. Well, the 3 year old apparently was still hungry after roast, mixed veggies, Eliot made garlic bread, and fried seasoned potatoes. He snached a washed raw potato from my cutting board and away he went. I was fully expecting him to take a bitter bite and bring it back. Nope, over 3 hours he munched on it as his desert like an apple. I used to eat a slice or two as my mom was getting dinner ready but I never imagined anyone let alone a 3 year old eating a whole one. We shall see how his bathroom trips are today. There are some health benefits from eating fresh, non-sprouted, non-green, well washed potatoes but definitely not a whole one on a regular basis. Oh Elias....

Cokes at work.....

I have been trying to drink less soda lately. A co-worker brought me a temptation. Thank you for the cokes.
