Let's see... I have gained about 25 pounds. Baby is between 34 and 36 weeks. I am not dilated at all but I am 75% effaced. That is a bit unusual. Usually with that much effacement there is some dilation. At least Elias is head down but he is no where near engaged. GBS testing next week....
