Blessed Flower Communion

It was a rainy day but we had a nice Flower Communion today at church... It has been a while since I led a Children's Chapel. We had a nice time.

I helped with set up but a friend led the ceremony. I took Evan and Eliot. They had fun playing with a friend. Good energy and a wonderful ceremony...

At church today we said goodbye to Rev. Lone. She is retiring. A lot of old faces were seen at church today...

Such a trooper...

Etta had her first real accident requiring some first aid. She cut her finger. It really is amazing how much a small cut in the right place on a tiny finger can bleed. A little pressure to stop the bleeding and she is fine if not grumpy. No 2 year old especially a special needs one understands the concept of "hold still as I apply this pressure"....

I had a chance opportunity fall into my lap last Thursday.  My old boss called me and offered me my old job back. I was offered a bit of an incentive....

Annika helped me set up my classroom back to my liking. It has a ways to go but I think I am ready to teach again....
