Waiting game for Baby Boy....

We have his side crib set up. His cloth diapers are washed. The few newborn clothes I could find and the ones Lyn collected before she left are ready along with blankets. That is about it.... The car seat cover is washed and I guess we are ready.....

Eliot sick again

Eliot never got sick hardly as an infant or toddler even when she attended daycare. Now she is struggling with weird fevers and headaches. We are changing her diet. She had her vision rechecked. I want to pull her out of school. She is a trooper. She doesn't complain. The school will only allow her to miss two more days of school which is ridiculous. She has only missed 4 days. Their rules are so silly. 6 days total per semester! Yes, a doctor's excuse covers it but not everything needs a doctor's visit and those can get expensive especially when they cost a day's missed wages. Poor Eliot... Spring Break is this week so hopefully we can get her well. Or at least figure out what is going on.

More flowers and some herbs planted...

Now I need to update my garden flag to my Spring Equinox one....

Out with Evan

Evan is finishing out homeschooling this school year. He had the privilege to run around with me today. We had lunch and bought some flowers and herbs to plant....

He is growing up.

Granny's newest creation

I can't sew... I am always drafting my mom to try things for me and to mend the kids' clothes. Today she presented me with some small newborn inserts or liners for Elias (if that is what we end up making new little one). They are so soft and perfect. They should fit just right in his newborn diapers. Thank you Granny...

Time to leave school..

Headed home...
