Night shift over...

 Ahhh Fall weather finally... Walking to the car breathing in the crisp air I spot a beautiful potted lavender plant. I wish mine would thrive so well. A shame this family isn't harvesting it....

New flowers...

 All this rain has caused my geranium to bloom again...




Crazy weather

 Storm Zeta brought us some wild strong winds. We were out of power and school was closed. I am so thankful our home and family was safe. The kids got stir crazy and we drove around so I could charge my phone. We ended up at a park. It got cold but we were lucky to still have some hand me downs still in the car. The temperature dropped to under 60 but they kept on playing...


Some storm clouds were on the horizon. We shall see what tomorrow brings... The power is back on...

Fall wreath...

Natural wreath I finally put together for Fall... I keep the wreath base up all the time but it has been bare. I grabbed the Lord's bounty of flowers and herbs from my yard. Took literally 2 minutes. It will wither and then we will replace with new growth...

This was assigned for me to read in Sunday School. I am struggling with being humble and trusting of others. I have praises and prayers for the Lord... but I need to confess and have my own Revival Praying.

"If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me."

Newest Bible find...

 Montenegro has been on my list as a mission field. One of its main language is Serbian. I worked on learning Russian in high school and find the Cyrillic alphabet intriguing. It always amazes me how such small countries and areas can have such diversity. In high school I toyed with the idea of visiting Yugoslavia as an exchange student. Montenegro is one of the countries that used to be part of Yugoslavia. The mountains are beautiful. The name itself means black mountains. Reading the Word in Serbian will be a beautiful challenge...







Eli at school..

 Elias is growing up so fast! We try to eat healthy. I have complete control since his school has sack lunches only. Well, I have been slack. He gets an uncrustable frozen sandwich some days. Throw in some fresh veggies...
