Weightloss

I have a membership at a gym. I used to go before work for weeks. I then stopped working fulltime so got out of the habit. I have lost about 20 pounds since leaving work at the daycare and cutting back on the junk food. I have introduced an herbal appetite suppressant to assist. I am seeing results. Now, I need to add back in my workouts....

I love that the library will show good ,yet older, movies. We took Ben, Eliot, And Evan. As we waited we enjoyed the art work. Ben was a little squirmy but he did great and the snacks are free. And of course this nerdy family loves its sci/fi moments....


The kids found a bug. Of course they wanted it identified and then to release it outside. Great kids...

Our relationship is unique to say the least. He puts up with me and I put up with him. There is a lot more to it than that.... :)

As always we spend a lot of time at the creek. Today on the 4th of July 7 of my kids were with me. My husband joined us. We have been seperated for a while so this was nice yet a little strange in a good way. Ben caught lots of tadpoles. Connor and Annika ignored everyone and as always looked like they were dressed for winter.
