I guess we will be learning it now.... My husband has some Welsh individuals in his family tree. That pleases me as I have always been fascinated by their culture and history. Well, because the public school system has to test any child exposed to a different language Ben qualified for ELL (English Language Learner) status because he tested as a Welsh speaker or at least a child exposed to Welsh. The crazy thing is he may have only heard one or two words of Welsh in his entire life. At 6 aren't all American children English Language Learners?!
