Not "natural" but booty cream from South Africa!

So, what does a mom of 10 do in the airport when she is looking for compression socks? She browses the baby isle of course. On my recent trip to South Africa on the way home I grabbed some cheap diaper rash cream. Seems to be an Irish company based in South Africa for production. Not sure if I will put it on anyone's bottom but cool nonetheless...
