Dad came to church with us last night. That in itself is complicated. Me during our prayer meeting looks up because I can't focus. Etta, Elaina and Ben are on their knees. I am glad and blessed that I have children who are not ashamed....

I have been trying to drink less soda lately. A co-worker brought me a temptation. Thank you for the cokes.
