Plantain grain from your own yard...

When you need grain it can be in your front yard. I have been an Herbalist for a while and like to forage for edibles. Learning something new each day. Plantain seeds can be ground for flour. And lemon balm harvest is a bumper this year. We'll see how it turns out. I want to fill my jar....
