Drink for the day
It is a bit expensive and I think I can make my own but this is pretty good. I swear it may be a detox drink. Too much information but my tongue eas coated with a horrible film the forst day I drank it. And I have lost 5 pounds. I have 9 pounds left to be pre-pregnancy weight. That was not my ideal weight but it is a place to start.
