Yep, that is what I made today at work. It was made of taco seasoned ground beef, black bean pasta, onions, canned black beans, various melted cheeses, cilantro onions, and sour cream. It doesn't look very appetizing but it turned out really good and it is loaded with protein instead of carbs.
